Odermatt Wins Again in Alta Badia

Swiss Skier Continues Impressive Run

Marco Odermatt has once again proven his dominance in Giant Slalom, winning the second race of the season in Alta Badia. The Swiss skier put on a commanding performance, leaving his rivals trailing in his wake.

Odermatt's victory marks his third consecutive Giant Slalom win and extends his lead in the World Cup standings. He crossed the finish line in a combined time of 2:33.64, nearly a second ahead of second-place finisher Manuel Feller.

Odermatt's performance was particularly impressive given the challenging conditions on the Gran Risa slope. The course was icy and rutted, but Odermatt navigated it with ease, demonstrating his technical prowess and speed.

Alexander Schmid of Germany finished in eighth place, continuing his strong form this season. Schmid has consistently placed in the top ten in Giant Slalom and is a rising star in the sport.

Odermatt's victory is a testament to his exceptional talent and hard work. He is now the clear favorite to win the Giant Slalom World Cup title again this season.
